
Norway’s DOF Subsea has secured two new four-year contracts with Petrobras for the RSV vessels Skandi Carla and Geoholm in Brazil, the company said on Wednesday.
The total contract value exceeds USD 275 million.
Skandi Carla will operate with one work class ROV and a subsea crane, while Geoholm will deploy two work class ROVs and a subsea crane. Both vessels are scheduled to begin operations in December 2025.

The company operates across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and North Sea regions, servicing clients in subsea construction, inspection, maintenance and repair.
Petrobras is Brazil’s state-controlled oil and gas company and one of the world’s largest deepwater operators. It leads most of the country’s offshore developments and has significant investments in subsea infrastructure and RSV operations.
